Order processing
Orders received before 12:00 UK time on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders received after 12:00 or at the weekend are dispatched the next business day. You'll get a tracking email as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unopened and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the items are faulty or damaged in transit — in which case we'll cover the return and send a replacement.
