Ingredient

Coconut Fruit Fibre

Cocos nucifera

Origin: Hainan, China & Sri Lanka · Family: Arecaceae

The fibrous strands surrounding a young coconut, when carefully separated and dried, look like fine white snow. In a Flora Tea heart they sit at the heart of the bundle and release upward as the leaves unfurl, creating a snow-flurry effect inside the glass.
